Terms of Service Agreement for LMC PRESSURE WASHING AND RESTORATIONS LLC

1. Introduction:

Welcome to LMC PRESSURE WASHING. This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of our pressure washing services ("Services"). By booking our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you are directed not to proceed with booking Services from LMC PRESSURE WASHING.

2. Services:

LMC PRESSURE WASHING provides the following services: home washing, roof washing, sidewalk washing, patio washing, deck washing, pool deck washing, fence washing, and large commercial projects. Detailed descriptions of each service are available on our website or can be provided upon request.

3. Booking and Cancellation:

Services can be booked by contacting us directly through our provided phone numbers or website. A booking may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Fees and Payment:

Fees for our Services will be stated at the time of booking and may vary based on the scope and nature of the services requested. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. Payments can be made in cash, by credit/debit card, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

5. Client Responsibilities:

Clients must ensure that the area to be serviced is accessible on the day of service. Clients should disclose any specific conditions or requirements related to the service area prior to the service date.

6. Company Responsibilities:

LMC PRESSURE WASHING will perform the Services with due care and diligence. We will use appropriate, professional-grade equipment and supplies to perform the Services.

7. Liability and Indemnification:

LMC PRESSURE WASHING is not responsible for damage to property due to inherent risks associated with pressure washing if such risks were disclosed to the client beforehand. Clients agree to indemnify and hold LMC PRESSURE WASHING harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's failure to comply with responsibilities as outlined in this Agreement.

8. Modifications to Terms of Service:

LMC PRESSURE WASHING reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. All modifications will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.

9. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania in which LMC PRESSURE WASHING operates.
